Elizabeth + Mike
Elizabeth and Mike have been friends since kindergarten.
While visiting Elizabeth in college (not dating then) they took a walk around Jefferson Memorial and Elizabeth said she thought is was the most picturesque placed to be proposed to. Seven years later, living outside of Baltimore; Mike asked Elizabeth to take a day trip to DC and proposed!
