Shipping + Returns
We hope you LOVE your purchase from Indulgence Jewelers. Here is how we handle online sales.
All items which are indicated as “in stock” will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days. All items which must be ordered will have lead times indicated on the individual product page. If you need to receive an item before the indicated ship date please email email@example.com to inquire about rush deliveries.
All shipments will require a signature upon delivery, unless you release signature requirement by stating so in comments on check out page.
Indulgence Jewelers LTD is not responsible for the damage or loss of any package in which the signature requirement has been released. Indulgence Jewelers LTD is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered. Indulgence Jewelers LTD is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the recipient not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Indulgence Jewelers LTD for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
We are more then happy to exchange an item if their is something wrong with the order or the product has a defect. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, anything after will be issued a store credit. Please contact us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 302-426-9811.
- We will ship your items out 48 hours after we receive your payment from our secure system.
- We charge a flat rate of $7.00 to ship your items unless you request faster shipping services.
- All SPECIAL ORDERS and PERSONALIZED items are FINAL SALE, and will not be refunded after the order is placed.
- We are not responsible for return shipping charges, and the original shipping charges are not refundable.
- You should expect to receive your credit within three-four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but in most cases more quickly.
- We suggest you get tracking for return packages for we are not responsible for any lost in transit packages.
